Lessons with New Heights
We'll help each student choose a lesson package that will
best suit their needs. We ask that everyone make changes to
their riding schedule before the 1st of each month to help
keep our schedule consistent and updated.
Packages are designed for 4 weeks of lessons each month.
During the fifth week, clients have the option to take extra
lessons if offered. Each month is figured week by week,
Monday-Sunday, not by date.
Cancellations, Changes, Rescheduling
Please email
lifeline37@yahoo.com no later than 7pm two days before your
scheduled lesson to let us
know of your cancellation and to receive a makeup.
For emergency same day cancellations including
illness, please call your trainer. For lessons
missed due to emergencies or extreme sickness, we will offer
makeup lessons. David 925-858-6843, Laurel 541-292-6900
Missed lessons must be made up within 2 weeks after the
missed lesson date. For those in Triple Combo, Competition
and Full Training packages, we will do training rides in the
place of cancelled lessons at a time that works for NH
trainers.
For missed group lessons, students will need to do a
private half hour lesson with an upgrade fee of $15.
We DO NOT CREDIT missed lessons. Each month you are
committing to lessons and may have the option to makeup
missed lessons if notice is given by 7pm two days before
cancelled lessons.
Family Packages
A family can share packages as long as they keep a
consistent lesson schedule. There will be a separate lesson
horse fee of $40 per month for each additional family member
if using a lesson horse.
Jumping Lessons
All students are required to wear safety vests when
jumping. Black Tipperary vests may be purchased online or at Western Saddlery.
Payments
We ask that all clients pay for lessons in advance by the
first of each month. Payments received after the 15th
of the month will receive a $25 late fee for each month
missed. We prefer automatic bill pay payments but
also take checks and cash payments (labeled with name and
date of lesson). Lesson statements are emailed monthly and
payments may be mailed or put in our drop box at the barn.
We reserve the right to hold lessons if payments are not up
to date.
Shows
All NH riders are required to pay a day coaching fee of
$65 for each day of a show including the arrival day.
Coaching may include, but not subject to, lessons, warm-ups,
course walks, setting up barn area, help with show prep,
debriefing, reviewing videos, etc. Attention to each rider
is dependent on the show schedule.
If a show or schooling falls on the same day of your
lesson, the coaching fee will take the place of your missed
lesson at no extra charge.
